There is a vacancy for two full-time Receptionists/Administrators to share the responsibilities and provide cover for each other to ensure the Council remains operating efficiently and effectively.
To work as a flexible member of a small team, assisting with the administration of the Town Council’s day to day business, with particular responsibilities in preparing for meetings, note-taking at those meetings and general reception duties. These include greeting and assisting visitors, answering email enquiries and telephone callers and maintaining the Council’s website and social networking sites.
